Raising Jane is all about raising our voices to the heavens, while keeping our feet firmly planted on terra firma. Our music ranges from Celtic, English and American traditional folk tunes, to spirituals and a cappella pieces. We enjoy bringing old, and lesser known tunes to the ear of our audience. Rehearsals began in the spring of 2007 and have developed into a diverse collection of songs. The core group of vocalists, being mothers, and raising ten children between the three, brings a special bond and common goal to Raising Jane's music.
